The Gender Resiliency and Empowerment Group (GREG) is a therapeutic space for gender-diverse and intersex adults (18+) to explore identity, build resilience, and find community. This closed group provides a supportive environment to discuss challenges, celebrate identities, and develop coping strategies in the face of societal and systemic barriers. Sessions include sharing, structured therapeutic activities, and socialization.
Facilitator: Dr. Elisa “E” Woodruff (she/her/they/them) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, clinical supervisor, and educator specializing in LGBTQIA+ identity development, trauma-informed care, neuropsychotherapy, and mind/body wellness. Their work has been widely published, and they are a sought-after speaker on gender and sexual diversity.

Meeting Length: 90 minutes

Commitment: Members must complete a screening process and agree to group norms, including confidentiality and respectful communication
