Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the stress of navigating life’s transitions? Do you find yourself questioning your identity, struggling with self-worth, or feeling weighed down by social and academic pressures? I hear you. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to face these challenges without support.
With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern University and as a current Ph.D. student in Counseling Education and Supervision at Denver Seminary, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to our work together. I support young and adult women seeking to find relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and neurodivergence. My approach to therapy is client-centered and focuses on helping you find clarity and reconnect with your authentic self. I use feedback-informed treatment (FIT). This is a collaborative approach that invites you to shape your therapy by sharing feedback after each session. This ensures that our work is always tailored to your evolving needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to address the symptoms you’re experiencing and uncover the strengths that will guide you toward healing and personal growth.
Therapy is about more than techniques; it’s about building a trusting relationship where you feel truly seen and heard. I focus on creating a safe, compassionate space where we can explore your unique challenges, strengths, needs, and areas for growth. My own story, like many of my clients’, is one of resilience, growth, and continuous learning. I’ve faced challenges that have shaped who I am, and I believe in the power of this process for you as well. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
